Overview

"Encore" is a cinematic celebration of Trinidad Carnival - a music video directed by Josiah Persad for soca icon Machel Montano. Shot across Trinidad and New York, the production brought together over 200 cast & crew members, motion control rigs, custom costumes designed by Peter Minshall, and the full spectacle of the Queen's Park Savannah to create one of the most ambitious Caribbean music videos ever made.

The project went on to win the 2026 National Road March title and was officially selected for the Berlin Music Video Awards 2026 - one of the most competitive music video awards in the world.
